Welcome To ¡Hola Panamá!

A two week Spanish immersion and adventure camp in Panamá City, Panamá, for middle school students entering grades 7-9. The program is specifically tailored to meet the needs of this age group. No Spanish background is required.

What is a day like?

  • Mornings of Spanish Language Four hours per day of Spanish immersion at Casco Antiguo Spanish School – a World Heritage UNESCO Site. Maximum six students per section, tailored to the language proficiency and background of each student
  • Adventure Afternoons and Educational Trips Stand-Up Paddling Boarding, Panamá Canal tours, “eco-hikes” in nearby sanctuaries and rainforests, surfing, urban colonial neighborhoods and indigenous peoples’ village tours
  • Intercultural community service-learning projects in environmental stewardship, bio- diversity and English tutoring under the auspices of Casco Antiguo youth programs
  • Dormitory Accommodations Magnolia Inn in Casco Antiguo
  • Supervision:  Two U.S. teachers / chaperones as educational guides and one “in-country” host leader
  • Weekend Excursion
